Association of Faith Communities (AFC)

AFC is an incorporated association of local faith communities in Northern Santa Cruz County banding together to alleviate suffering through interfaith action.

Bill Wilson Center

For more than 40 years, Bill Wilson Center volunteers have increased the effectiveness of our programs. In Santa Cruz County, Bill Wilson Center provides a Hosted Homes Program specifically focused on helping a segment of the 569 homeless youth population, age 18-24.

California Rural Legal Assistance

We truly appreciate your desire to help us provide direct legal services, community outreach, and educational workshops to farmworkers and other low-income Californians.

Central Coast Center for Independent Living (CCIL)

CCCIL promotes the independence of people with disabilities by supporting their equal and full participation in life. CCCIL provides advocacy, education, and support to people with disabilities, their families, and the community.

Community Action Board (CAB)

CAB’s mission is to partner with the community to eliminate poverty and create social change through advocacy and essential services.

Our family of 10 vital programs, across 20 different sites throughout Santa Cruz County, meets the needs of 20000 children, families and seniors each year.

Downtown Streets Team

A nonprofit organization with about 40 programs county-wide providing services in behavioral health, family and social well-being, early childhood education, housing, and more.

Families in Transition

Since 1992 Families In Transition has been serving members of Santa Cruz County by providing temporary rental assistance and case management to families who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless.

We are an established nonprofit organization providing job training, transitional employment and support services to individuals in Santa Cruz who are experiencing homelessness.

Mountain Community Resource Center

Our compassionate staff build a warm, friendly, safe place for San Lorenzo Valley and Scotts Valley residents, offering stability and hope for the future. Mountain Community Resources is part of the Community Bridges family of programs.

Pajaro Valley Shelter Services

Provides families with a path to stable, self-sufficient futures through short- and longer-term housing and supportive services.

Santa Cruz Aids Project

The Santa Cruz AIDS Project (SCAP) serves men, women and children who are HIV positive living in Santa Cruz County. Our mission is to promote and participate in a comprehensive and compassionate response to HIV and AIDS through education, advocacy, and supportive services.

Walnut Avenue Family & Women's Center

Provides support and services so that women, children, and families have the opportunities and skills to thrive. Many of the families participating in Walnut Avenue programs are from under-served populations due to poverty, early pregnancy, homelessness, and/or domestic violence.

Committed to living out our values of compassion, dignity and respect for all people by uniting our community to be volunteer advocates for those moving out of homelessness and onto a path of healing – working together to end chronic homelessness in Santa Cruz County.
